We have also Heat treatment & Induction Hardening facility available in our 2nd firm over an area of 4000 sqft formally known as M/S Precision Technology & Heat Treaters.
PTHT well equipped plant set up having pit type Gas Carburising Furnace with Sealed Quench and output type furnaces, in which we carryout various heat treatment operations like Case Hardening, Hardening, Carburising & Tempering, Normalising, Induction Hardening & Tempering, Induction Softening etc.

EQUIPMENT FOR HARDENING

Pit Type Gas Carburising Cum Hardening furnace- 650kg per batch capacity, Dai 650mm X 1200 mm height.

Quenching tank - 1800 x 1800 x 2500 Depth.

Vertical loading Emersion Cum Spray Washing Machine.

Pit Type Tempering Furnace- Dai 750 x 1200 Depth.

Induction Hardening Machine 50KW with PLC Control, Capacity Dai 10mm to 180mm x 600 mm length. Case dept 0.5 mm to 7.00 mm.
